Oh yeah, I do tend to bring my head up first. :) It's really hard to keep the head hanging back on the way up. Seems counterintuitive because you want to look in the direction that you're moving. Need to work on breaking that habit. Thanks for the comment...and suggestion!
This is really exceptionally good. The only "improvement" I can see possible is that you tend to bring your head up slightly too early on the way up. Need to keep looking back (toward the feet initially), trust your legs/feet to do the work and head comes up last. My dogs always scatter when I start doing stuff like this, probably good for all involved!
