I can think of 2 ways this could be fake. One is that they got 16 players in a game and had them all use C4 which allows for 32 C4 total. I dont think this is how it was done though. Second way I can think of is that this is the PC version and they just put the back/y/whatever buttons in when they were editing it. This seems more likely based on how crappy the area around the buttons looks, as if they were cut out and put over the video.
