were on season 6 of the UK version, at this point probably 7 or 8 of the American one had been filmed(maybe more), i have watched them all, and at no point to i remember a contestant ever asking a supplier about exclusivity, but it seems most seasons there is a contentious issues about exclusivitiy. note to self...check on exclusivity.
