One of these days I will compile every musical track used in every wipeout game. I am not even sure which versions had different music. I know 2097 had a few different tracks from XL. I would include rollcage since it has the same style of music (and the exact same ST as WO3.

After I typed that comment I googled a little. THere was a ST for Wipeout 1 also.

I grabbed some torrents. There is a ST for 1 plus the game rips with added tracks on the pc/pal versions and the saturn version. 2 had a ST and 2 differnt versions of in game. After that I am not sure.

I'm glad that i'm a fan of wipeout. I played the very first wipeout ps1 version and I'm happy to say that I owned Wipeout Pure and Pulse. INCLUDING WIPEOUT HD FURY.

4 me the best intro was/is from the first game, I just love it!! the feeling that the future was going to be awsome, I dind't like the darker intro/feeling of 2097, Wipeout3 intro was dull. Fusion intro was awful.

After Wipeout Fusion all wipeouts are so bad. Wipeout Pure and Pulse are too much "arcade", to much "kiddy", i hate them.

I love the WipeOut seies! I wish someone could release them for the PC. Psygonosis made some great games, stylish, edgy, and original. I don't see much of that these days!

I'm the same! I bought Playstaions just to play Wipeout Alas I thought HD was a bit of a let down! Has to be Wip3out for me. Now if they re-released Wip3out with polished intro and graphics !! The physics were just fantastic! Fusion I liked but a bit too beyond the ps2's capabilities in places ....

It all began with WipeOut XL/2097 for me. Since then, nothing but respect for this series. This video actually sums up just how far we've come since the very first WipEout. Great music, fast racing... got to love this series!

I really love WipEout, WipEout 2097(my first PS1 game ever plus the check point gave me adrenaline rush) really can't wait for that to come to the PS store the rest are ok in my option but WipEout HD takes me back to the original two
