The court found that it was discriminatory for homosexuals to be denied the rights associated with marriage, but I haven't seen anything that would state that homosexuals can lawfully "get" married. Marriage is defined as union between one man and one woman, so unless the definition of marriage is changed, homosexual relationships don't get married. Marriage is defined as ONLY a heterosexual relationship.
