@zSciscope My personal pick would be trynd, I think he has one of the best sustains for 1v1s or even 1v2s at some cases, if runed correctly and early harrass (luckily you get some nice level 1 crits) you can win your lane for early lane nice. Obviously a lot of people don't agree, and there's some counters for it (like there is for every champion on the game) so this is one suggestion of many options for top solo. You should test out a couple champions yourself to be sure.
