  • very nice. seems like you are doing it the long way though. why not print a3 sheets of stickers then cut them with a guillotine when there dry? would be much easier.

  • Can you get water based ink that is non toxic that would be permanent and suitable for printing vinyl stickers?

  • @IIEKSone We're not entirely sure. The dilemma with water-based ink is it's not going to adhere how solvent does. My personal guess is the second your sticker got rained on it'd be game over.

  • So after you print the sticker what do you do to make them glossy in appearance is it a laminate afterwards or another coating? Your guys logo is great.

  • @zdeville They're already have a glossy shine to them. We're using a white vinyl that came in large sheets that we cut down.

  • ey man i have a question, im trying to mass produce my stickers, i do art, and id appreciate it if you could tell me where u buy ur ink from, thanks, ill even send u guys some if youd like

    thank u

  • @mlzthebeast Sorry for the late response. We use a heavy solvent ink from Reece Supply Company I believe. You'll need to get a special emulsion and cleaner for the stuff too. It's super potent.

  • will uv ink work?

  • where do you get pre cut sticker paper like that also? thanks

  • @TheAyemoner It's a solvent based ink from Sericol. It's air dry (quick by the way) and nasty on the nostrils, but works great. That is vinyl. It comes in sheets about 20" x 30" and we cut it down to size. There are faster methods but this is working the best for us right now.

  • sweet what kind of ink or pAINT? are thoes vinyl?

  • cool!
