@Survivor1547 Even the diesel is a heritage locomotive. DDA40X 6936 was built in 1969.

This is one of the best videos of this train. it truly captures the amazing speed she reaches on her way to Cheyenne! Great job!
(and the flotilla of cars that follows her up and back!)

@heffeln Thank you. It looks dangerous for me to try and chase it. That's why I wait for it. I plan to film from that spot tomorrow afternoon. I used to live in the neighborhood on the other side of HWY 85.
