A good song, and the fact that it was induced by NyQuil makes it even more mysterious. I have had vivid dreams while on NyQuil for a cold myself. Had a few dreams about snowmobiling and four wheeling with a good friend of mine that died in a accident while lobstering. Nothing amazing like being in a band, just long vivid dreams about doing the fun stuff we always did. strange stuff NyQuil
