TOO EXPENSIVE! Just use a "cold stone"...it takes a little longer, but you get the same effect! :-D I just don't think this anti grill is worth $1300.00 Perhaps, $350-700.00!!!
Nice anti-griddle man! We have one in our Kitchen at my school and we do a bunch of desserts with it like a custard dip that is made to look like bacon and eggs with fruit lol. It's amazing for unique plate designs!
We have an ice cream place here in the WNY area and they have a 30 foot ice cold stone all along the back so they can take your ice cream you choose add anything you want into it they mix it on the stone counter that is very cold and serve it you should take a look at the site you can get ideas they are called coldstonecreamery
@grandamchi2000 Thats awesome, we have one of those in Hamilton called The Marble Slab Creamery, isn't it amazing to watch them mash up the ice cream into things right in front of you lol
