  • BLAH BLAH BLAH CARDIO ABS BLAH 1:10

  • I'm about 120lbs overweight, and was only able to do 4 of these -,- but it gives me something to strive for, thank you for the easy to follow video also.

  • OMG those abs!

  • you look like roger from jersey show xD

  • Can you please show us how to add the weights to the total gym on the sides? and can you make the tutorial easy to do...thanks :)

  • wow..your body looks amazing :) great tutorial video :)

  • Alright there! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cooworker got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost lots of fat with it.

  • I will be adding this to my workout. Thanks!

  • get some lights!!!

  • Just wanna say great vid Tom, and the largest part of the equation is you DIET. I lost about 10-12 lbs. in 2 weeks just by cutting out all refined sugars ( ice cream, sodas, pop tarts, candies, ect.. ) and going to a much greater water intake throughout the day as well as not eating any carbs past 5:00 pm. I incorporated a lot of vegetables. I dont have a full size kitchen so I get most of my veggies in the can. But green beans, black beans ect are great with any meal.

  • @mrdefkon1 If you wanna take it a step further try to substitute meat a few times a week with tofu and veggie burgers. Lots of protein without the fat and cholesterol. I'm %100 vegeterian now but I noticed I had more energy for my workouts when I started to phase meat out of my diet, especially beef. If tofu isn't for you then at least cut out red meat.

  • Keep up the good work!

  • Hello there! Have you considered the maximus muscle 247 workout (google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cooworker gained a lot of muscle with it.

  • Just tried it, very intense! Really fell the lower abs burning now ;)

  • Awesome! Thanks for posting this. I just tried it... OUCH... must be workin'!

  • FANTASTIC TOM! My abs burned just watching! And THANKS for including that DIET is also a key ingredient!

  • THAT BUUUUUURNS!!!!!!!

  • Great vid man I have the total gym but can't add extra weight on like yours that's great. But as I'm still 3 settings from top not worried yet lol

  • mercy! you are excrutiating

  • Great Job. I was doing P90X and had great results but I got hurt (No joke my Gulf War injury did not like P90X, bad leg) I liked the Total Gym and for me it helps me get back into it. Have you played around with a good cardio workout on the TG yet?

  • good job

  • wonderful,i like it

  • looks like your doin a pull up but involves with the legs

  • try keeping your knees bent and crossed while keeping them in the air, lift your head. you will feel the burn

  • Man u've done well! How strict of a diet do u include in those great abs?

  • wow that is awesome. my dad has an older total gym that he used back in the 90's and he lost like 80 pounds on it in 4 months by using it everday for 20 minutes and eating right. I would like to start it. If u have any tips for me just comment me back

  • I noticed you have a different version of the total gym than i do. Does yours have an option to add weights to it? if not how did you do that?

  • Just got a Total Gym I wonted to get a good work out for my pecks and core is this the best work out I could do and what should a do this ever day

  • Waking The Demon....by Bullet For My Valentine.

Regular routine, I have worked up to 100 of these with no breaks in between.

Yes, I got my abs from the Total Gym and nothing else when this was filmed.

My gym does squeak a bit, but turn up your music then! Thanks for all the positive feedback on here guys. I'm no pro, just a former fat guy who likes to help others and show that it can be done

  • @tom76onbbdotcom 8 pack abs are genetic. 99% of people have six pack .4% have a 4 pack and .6% have 8 pack

  • @tom76onbbdotcom Great exercise man can only do 30 at the moment on the third level of my total gym but can feel the burn when i do them

  • what's the song in the background?

  • great tip thank you

  • how to work and for how much time u get results thanks God bless

  • Your response confused me a bit but thanks for the tip on the reformer. I was already considering pilates

  • Hello Total Trainer and Total Gym users, would any of you please tell me if your machine creaks and squeaks and how long you have used it? I almost got the Total trainer but I recently stumbled upon a video showing a squeaky as hell unit, definitely a deal breaker!! The gliding on this unit is rather pleasant. Please help a girl out??? I've posted this in a lot of places, sorry if you keep seeing me everywhere :P

  • @nogladysno look for a cheap reformer machine

total gym is a version of that machine

    look it up on youtube

reformer pilates, and you should know that pilates does not = balls

  • Great idea! I've been running out of ideas on what else I can do with this Total Gym...always looking for something creative! Thanks!

  • great video

  • when you say you do 100 reps.. are they sets of 25 each? I subsribed to you. thanks!

  • It would help if u didnt have hat loud music playing while talking thanks.

  • This is no joke, awesome way for the total gym to kick my ass. Great workout.

  • yo thanks i recently turn on to this work out and was looking for more ab workouts

this is a little different then i do i just stretch my legs out and do what you do

but 4 sets of 25 and in 1 week i could see my abs coming out already

    this really works

  • @robertsja9999 Maybe it helps him dude chill out

  • Thanks man! =)

  • thats awsome thanks

  • Gday Chuck!

  • you might want to try wearing some ankle weights to give more resistance to your legs coming up!

  • Congrats on the weight loss, man. How long did it take?

  • Great Work man. I love the Total Gym and really appreciate you posting these informative videos. Would love to see your weekly workout routine if you get the chance. Keep up the good work.

  • name of the song? it sounded rugged

  • @sackmasta209 The song is "Waking The Demon" by Bullet For My Valentine

  • That is a great workout, but you have to remember to bring your knees to your chest!!!

IF YOU ONLY RAISE YOUR LEGS 90 DEGREES LIKE MOST OF US WHO DO NOT KNOW HOW TO WORK OUR LOWER ABS, THEN YOU ARE NOT WORKING THEM!!!

Yes, you are working something raising your legs up 90 degrees, but that is only your hip flexors getting the benefit of the workout. To actually get your lower abs working you NEED to bring your knees into your chest as close as you can get them!

  • great! I'm a mom looking to tone the lower abs post baby. I wasn't sure what to do with my toatl gym. thanks so much for trying it out and letting me know what really works

  • Excellent! I used both this routine and your other crossover crunches from the other video to finish off my workout today on the Total Gym. Thanks a lot. I really like both of them.

  • Yo great job dude.

i also own a total gym

and its the best piece of equiptment out there. hit me up if u need info and help

  • I'm trying hard to build muscle with my abs, but I only have a total gym to work with, and I really have no Idea on what to do to work the abs. This gives me an idea on what I need to do to get them, and how many to start with

If you can give me some tips on how to work my upper body more, using the total gym, I would really appreciate it. Thanks

  • I want to see what you looked like before you started using the TotalGym and Exercise ball :P

  • I'm 14, and I've been doing mma for 6 years now - I'm fairly serious about it. I also work out a lot, but the only equipment I have as such at the moment are 5kg dumbbells - i usually do bicep curls, upright rows, pullovers etc with those. Apart from that i can only really do exercises that rely on my own body weight - pushups, crunches, squats etc. Do you think I should buy a totalgym? I've been pondering it for some time, but i really want to get people's opinions before I dish out Cheers

    Andy
