Sweden ordered 18 million doses of the H1N1 vaccine (Pandemrix) - two for every citizen. Now the recommendations changed so that only one shot is necessary.

Will be interesting to see how the politicians will handle this one since only about half of the Swedish population intends to get vaccinated...

ASFAIK the vaccines are being given in single doses made with attenuated virus not double doses of live virus. The possible exception is the children's doses which are weaker and they're not sure if one or two doses will be necessary. The exception is the nasal vaccine which is a live virus but I believe it's single dose.
