I remember this never went anywhere. After this segment aired, Curt completely disappeared from WWE and didn't show up again until Survivor Series '95 (19 months after this aired).

I was a huge Curt mark as a kid, and remember being totally heartbroken that he disappeared AGAIN. (He also didn't show up for Survivor Series '93)

Lord knows why left the company twice in less than a year. Guess we'll never know. That piece of crap DVD they made on him sure didn't answer any questions.

@filthyralph yup . . . Mr. Perfect is no yankee doodle dandy; he's PERFECT! (and the 'Lex Express' thing was a big flop, with Luger winning by count out at SummerSlam '93). As I recall, the Perfect/Luger feud never took off because Perfect at the time held a Lloyd's of London policy and they told him he'd lose the policy if he went back to wrestling.

@RoyStantz And not only that, he never saw the main event light again after his loss to Yokozuna. He was phased out of the limelight by guys like Bret Hart, Razor Ramon, Shawn Michaels and Diesel. It all went downhill once he lost at Wrestlemania. While all of the ones I mentioned were given a decent mid card run, he'd have pointless feuds with guys like Crush and Tatanka.
