that Ilayaraja Sir lastly given a 30 year long due (National recognition) - Padma Bhushan by Govt of India.
But still Govt of India is like sleeping until Honouring Ilayaraja Sir - Bharat Ratna in years to come to put him in list below :-

Many movie critics believe that people of that generation did not (and still do not as of Sep 21, 2009) have that maturity to accept an obsessional mental neurotic. --- No other Indian Actor can take accountability for above statements.
Whom ever it may be: Aamitabh, SRK, Aamir, Akshay or in south Chiru,Nagarjuna,Venki or mohan lal, mammoty or even Thalaivar - Rajni.
A child has to be born in future to overcome -- what Our Maestro Illayaraja has done.
