  • POPCORN!!

  • just wathicng this video I felt the pain!

  • I feel your pain man

  • i have 0.5 kidneystone and itdidnt hurt

  • im 11 ive had 2 kidney stones. one when i was 5 and one when i was 9 my first one was 8 and my 2cond one was 3mm it hurts soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much!

  • im 16 and i went to the hopsital about 2 days ago from pain its 4.5mm and it is the worst pain of my life im on painkillers but its still painfull Pray you never get one

  • ive had 2 i feel ur pain

  • its from the food u eat. u mabe eating food with too much salt.

  • Can a 6mm by 8mm kidney stone go undetected by X-Rays and ultra-sound?

  • @MisterQuebec Mine was 5mm in diameter and they caught it very easily by scanning my abdomen. I didn't even use the contrast dye and they noticed it. (I'm allergic to the contrast dye they sometimes use).

  • @Viktir666 Great news!

You're talking about eating less peanut butter and chocolate. I've been eating a lot of these in the last year....

  • @Forsure3333 You can continue eating them if you want, I'm just saying that it's a fact that they're extremely high in oxalates. People who want to avoid kidney stones should avoid those. Also cutting sodium down and drinking tons of water helps avoid kidney stones.

  • k i had a pretty small stone and i almost passed out in pain

  • I went hospital yesterday with one, the pain is so intense I couldn't keep still, the worst pain ever! The scan shown I passed it through, took 12 hours though.

  • drink lots of distilled water not just any water. also you can add lemons to it

  • First find out what type of kidney stone you have by saving your urine sample (uric acid, citrate, calcium etc.), then your doctor may prescribe you with medication relative to the diagnosis.

If you have calcium oxalate stones, then don't take salty foods because of the sodium.

If you have uric acid stones, try lemon (as the above has said) to increase the pH (since it's citrate) to increase its solubility.

    And drink plenty of water!

  • @Catchetat Yeah 90% of all reported stones are calcium oxalate stones. I quit eating high oxalate foods like spinach, chocolate, tea, peanuts, etc. and started drinking a half gallon to one gallon of water per day. I cut way down on sodium too. I piss like a Russian race horse but it's quite clear now and I feel healthy as hell. All of that water and a different diet actually made me lose 9 LBS in 2 weeks after my surgery in the hospital and only gained 1 LB of that weight back after I came home

  • the best thing to do is stretch or go to a chiropracter it helps ive had 2 and the sec. one came out without surgery because of the chiropractor!
