I'm confused on whether or not it matters what the pressure is measured in. Does it matter if I use Atm or Torr?

I know what to type in my calculator, but when it comes to R how would I type that in my calculator??

@snake3741 in the example, R is on the bottom of the fraction, which means you're dividing by it. so, the math would be: (2.15 x 35.28) / (3.24 x 0.0821). Does that make sense?
