Best strategy i find is: Use the shock battarang on the first thug...then hide in the corner, throw the remote control battarang to take 3 out...wait till they getup and use the grapple on them...after that take em all out as fast or slow as u want:P

my personal best is 1:16.57 but i really don't know how someone can do it in 37 seconds.

just keep it simple. line launch the first two guys down on the right, then turn and throw the remote batarang, then escape and throw the sonic batarang, detonate it and pull the last ones over the ledge.

my best on this is 47 seconds. Using remote batarang at the start taking the guy on the left ledge then the guy in the middle (down) and then the guy at the far end. Then you run up the right side to the middle prepare sonic batarang and knock out the guy on the stairs to the left.. line launch to the last guy you knocked out with the remote bata (hopefully koncking down 3 dudes) land and take out one of them and use batclaw to bring the rest to the ground and knockout.. works well

batarang only knocks them down, not kill them ... i doubt you were able to do it in 47 seconds (even without any medal).. if so, post video, i would really like to see how you do it with only batarangs

as savestheday said.. look up the video.. i used that tactic.. it is fiddly because you can only really immediatly knock out one inmate after line launching and the rest you often have to use batclaw on to ground them and knock out.. and they often can become "immune" to it. do i recognize you from the pc rankings btw? (im UberSoldat112.. in the top ten for a few of the predator's)

very nice video. I did mine in a different. Basically, i got my two for one right at the start, by waiting for the guy in the middle of the file cabinets to walk to my right, and then I launched and knocked those two out. Then I got to safety, sonic bataranged a guy on the ground, waited for a few guys to go down and check him out, then took them out with a remote control while they were all in a line, and then systematically finished the rest off.
