@secrets911 Yeah. I have heard people complain about their customer service but I never had a problem because BOTH of my InStylers are working well. And yes, it works wonders. It's the only way I straighten my hair. I can't use a regular flat iron and always end up with limp, burnt smelling hair. So this has been a miracle worker for me. Granted, I'm relaxed but my 2 best friends are natural and also get great results.
I would have done the same thing you did...I would have definitely been upset. Sometimes it seems like you are going to get a great deal off of ebay but people use ebay as a means to rip people off who think they are handing over money for a great deal but in reality they could have just purchased what they wanted, for less, in a store in brand new condition. @secrets911 Yeah. I have heard people complain about their customer service but I never had a problem because BOTH of my InStylers are working well. And yes, it works wonders. It's the only way I straighten my hair. I can't use a regular flat iron and always end up with limp, burnt smelling hair. So this has been a miracle worker for me. Granted, I'm relaxed but my 2 best friends are natural and also get great results.

I would have done the same thing you did...I would have definitely been upset. Sometimes it seems like you are going to get a great deal off of ebay but people use ebay as a means to rip people off who think they are handing over money for a great deal but in reality they could have just purchased what they wanted, for less, in a store in brand new condition. I love/hate ebay.
I remember seeing the info commercial late one night and I just knew that it wouldn't do anything for my hair.
