Now your proubably thinking that "If he had a gun why not use it outside?" Bad idea, it would be harder to escape if you have the whole PD on your ass. Basicly they were trying to be sudtle, but not doing a good job of it. Plus, human instinct tells us to be quiet in a situation like this.
