@TheMariamification they hand the camera to different people, so there is one person sitting in the car, who is handed the camera by someone on the left of the car, and hands it out to the next camera man on the right of the car. The stuff through the upstairs windows is done by a man on a pully thing - if you watch the "on set with Alesha ..." video you can see them doing it.

Handheld cameras were passed from operator to operator.

One was lowered down the front of the building in a climbing harness by special effects riggers.

The last move, where the camera appears to fly from the office back down to street level involved a zip wire rigged across the street.

Pretty cool stuff. I'm proud to have been working on it with a some talented people.

@TheMariamification The whole thing was filmed in one run without editing, so when they got to the pool the camera would be passed to someone in the pool then back again. The same with the window part. When the camera goes out of the window, it's because a camera man has been passed the camera on a harness and being lowered back onto the street :)

Wow ... thank you to Weight Watchers, their ad agency, Alesha and all the fab woman... this is fantastic and we aren't hearing enough of it on the radio and certainly not enough on the telly. It's not about 'ladies' losing weight to become more interesting, or even skinny, it is about women/men being happier and healthier within themselves and becoming more confident to participate more in life - rather than hide away and feel less valued because of their weight. The 99% women in this video are showing how much they and their lives have improved.

I adore this advert, HOWEVER, it should be noted that body weight is a trend that frequently changes. Back in the 19th century busty women with an extra handful of fat used to be the picture of health...yet now if you're thin and lack tits, somehow thats healthy. I've been fat, thin and a medium weight, i think i was happier as a slighter bigger gal. o___O;
