why don't you just wait for the head of the bear to dry then do the face!! Cuz they could bleed together and it would just look sloppy!! Not trying to say this offensively just asking!! Because I luv ur nail designs and this one totally rox!! Just with my luck the nail polishes ould bleed if I didn't wait... so yah...

Polish layers are too thick, it's going to take awhile to dry....

I suggest you do the blue first(bottom half) then the gold shimmer polish(top half), to hide where those two colors meet, you draw in the dark green line. That way the polish will not be too thick.
