how long can this type of cake be kept in the house meaning wont the strawberries start to spoil on the cake like the same day, or how do u store it.

@tarashaniceelizabeth You put it in the fridge because if you leave it out for a long time the cream and strawberries will spoil. Although it's in the fridge you still have to eat it in a week or so!! Don't worry if you follow her instructions the cake won't be there too long because you'll eat it all up!
