History but repeats itself. Those we lose these days are no less worthy than the heroes of 1914-18 or 1939-45. RIP. We shall never forget, never.

The shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun, and in the morning:
We WILL remember them.

Thank you for putting this up, it is very wonderful to hear the whole piece.
Thank you for this video. Being a part of the Military Services myself, We Need to Remember the Fallen.
Everyone needs to remember what they gave.

I wish some one would do "Do not stand by my grave & Wheep" like this.
I have not heard a good musical interpritation of that poem.
But this is very good.

Thanks - I used the Bugle piece played at soldiers funerals.
I wanted to create a 'hollow and haunting feel' -but not spoil the great words and Nigels reading

I Never knew that there was more words to this Incredible Poem what we hear every Rememberence Day.
It really does make you think and move you and i am not really into Poetry at all.
Thank you for this and i am saving it.

Nigel Davenport does read it well
A lot of these poems are over 200 years old but still have a great meaning in todays World- hope you try a few others out on my site 'The Rivers Tale by Rudyard kipling' is a good one.
