I own 2 and they are silent when eco throttle is on.

@basketballdude8221 Yes they are quite compared to my 6/6.5 kw "Silent" diesel fully tested during yesterday's tropical storm Irene.

That is; if you can get them to start in high dew point humid weather which is why I sold mine & traded to the beast.

Did the Modified plastic fuel cap for the Generator also come from VMSales? or did U purchase that seperately?

The URL for VM Sales and Mfg. is missing this the 's' in vmsales; So much for good free PR, but I found the site anyway. I am hearing caution about the metal fuel caps since metal on plastic might cause problems. The metal caps do look fantastic, but one wrong mis-thread from an eager person and that's it; I think you have the correct and better solution. Thanks for the video.

If your line is empty how long does it take before you can see the fuel coming through the fuel filter? Does it make a defference on how fast it start to pull fuel in if your generator is empty of full?

I also have the same fuel tank as you. If you installed the male quick disconnect did you use any sealant or did you just screw it in and it sealed?

@Tennisace160 These gennys sip fuel so it can take an hr before it will draw longer if your Eco is powered on but makes no difference as to whether the genny is full w/ fuel or near empty as the gas is drawn in to displace the fuel spent via capillary action (or vacuum) I bought mine ready made from the fellow who's sticker is in my video there used to be 2 Wise sales & another fellow, but there are several about on eBay now modding these in far better capacity then previously available.

Where did you get the gas cap for the generator with the hose attachment?
