the camera moved really slowly when you had to change the location. then in the editing you made it faster so it looks like the whole video was shot with the same rate. ... i expect.. :P great job!

Freddie would fim MGM doing whatever, then move the camera really really slowly. While the camera was moving slowly MGM would go to the next position, and when he was there the camera would start going at normal speed again. Then, he would speed those slow transitions up :)

If you notice, there are no frames with both Joes in them, and at least one frame of stillness between each Joe. So the camera pans away from Joe and once he is out of frame, the camera stops moving while still recording. Joe then walks around the camera and sets up the next scene. The minute or so between each scene is then compressed to a few frames during editing.
