The Cammalleri trade was the only good trade they did this season, Rene Bourque and Patrick Holland plus a 2nd round pick for the 2013 draft is indeed a smart move by Gauthier. Cammalleri was not producing since his last season injury, Rene Bourque is a big guy that is much needed in Montreal's offensive line.

That trade was very stupid by Montreal, the better goaltender was obviously Halak, and they chose Price over him. And when Halak came back to the Bell Centre he proved Montreal wrong yet again, stopping every shot that came his way. Habs fan here too.

@Thesaviour5 I guess you didnt follow hockey last year because Carey Price had way better stats with Hal Gill as his best defenseman. Halak had one good playoff run and thats all for him. Just look at his stats this year, he is St Louis's backup goalie. Carey Price was the only reason Montreal didnt finish picking top 10, like the blues.......

Blues fan here. Very classy Montreal. Almost every fan stayed till the end to give Halak a standing ovation despite being down 3-0. I seen the live broadcast and the seats were still completely packed and everyone on their feet cheering on Halak.
