You think authorities have nothing better to do ? 27 Mhz is HF. All major communication systems TV, Radio, air traffic are going digital right now, they don't care anymore. HF is passé.

Hey MusicalDarkHorse. Just some friendly advise. I don't think I would be deadkeying that radio at 300Watts. I would dead key that radio around 50watts tops. Running the radio at a lower deadkey allows for louder and clearer audio and less heat in the final section. Also running the radio at a lower deadkey will insure that you will have that radio for many years to come. 73's
