  • I believe that some of this lichen-like material may just be volcanic rock such as basalt or rhyolite. Pyroclastic stone can easily look stemmed or dotted, and it just seems very unlikely for small flowers and mosses to grow in a dryer world like mars since they don't have deeper roots like cacti or sagebrush. But you certainly have something going here, and sure, maybe if they are plants, they might feed off of the rock.

  • The mixing of Earth photos with Mars ones are not useful and a cause of confusion.

    One should stick to what are on Mars. Any evidence should be able to stand scrutiny by itself.

  • I provide Earth photos as a reference, to compare what we see in the Mars photos to known standards. It should be said that the debunkers also use Earth photos to try to discredit this work.
