lol its been a while but im pretty sure what noodle is saying is japanese and the characters are called hirigana. im actually pretty certain :D but the characters are not what she is saying. The first one is "ka" then "tsu" followed by a long "ii (E)" sound then some kanji, the "ki" sound, another kanji and then a long "shi" sound. just in case anyone was curious :) but yeah that doesn't sound like what she is saying.

It's a small "tsu", which means a double consonant. Kakkoii. Kakkoii kutsu migakuki hoshii. I mentioned that it seemed confusing translation wise since "hoshii" is an I-adjective and means something like 'in need of'. Hoshigaru is the verb. To be honest, I forgot how to use both hoshii and hoshigaru. lol
