I don't see how her face really changes. She is pretty damn ugly in the pictures taken of her during her trial, and she did seem to get better looking as she got older. Sometimes that happens, but I think that it was mostly just due to better grooming. Not a great-looking woman, though, at any time. Better looking than Patricia Krenwinkel, but hell, that ain't saying much.

She was a 17 yo runaway girl who tried to look after an alcoholic father and a baby brother,after losing her mom to cancer at 15.She was seeking love and acceptance.She was self destructive,"I will show them how low i can get",that's her words before she attempted suicide at 17.Then at 18 she ran into Manson.By 21 she was on the death row.

@xxxViC6xxx The original father was a guy named Bruce, known in the family as New Bruce (and not Bruce Davis,aka Old Bruce,who is serving a life sentence).It's hard to say who conceived who in a free love commune but she knew because, she and New Bruce were on a trip to Arizona at the time.
That Bruce left the family before the Tate murders and that's the last we all heard or seen of him.

All I know is that he never surfaced,was adopted by a doctor and named him Paul.Susan didn't think he knew.

You can find the passage from Tex's book "Will You Die For Me" where he is explaining how the murders occurred and how she was killed, on my profile, as well as other references.It's nothing new,it's the official story but sometimes people are confused especially when they are new to the case.

However, according to Susan's very own testimony she denied Sharon any mercy as she pleaded for her life and her unborn child's. And how she personally held Sharon down while Watson stabbed. Susan would later laugh and smile about how Sharon was crying and begging. I am sorry but as far as I'm concerned Susan was just as guilty as Watson.

I've tripped hundreds of times, and one long term effect of LSD is that it makes you want to burn your bridges and start over. That alone is crazy. It also makes you really vulnerable to outside influences. I don't know where these girls got the idea to kill Sharon Tate, but I'll bet it was a twisted combination of simple female jealousy, hippie idealism and a mob mentality that got carried away. Manson insists he didn't tell them to do it. Those girls were sick and very defiant at the time.

Your friend sounds really crazy, maybe acid made her that way, but so were these girls. I doubt if they were tripping at the time they killed Sharon. I think there was a lot of peer pressure involved, like "you're not part of our family if you're not with us on this, dig?" Hippies were so like that.
