The only problem I have with Bernie Saunders is that he needs to make Vermont more diverse. You can not be socialist politician and be from a state that is 95% white, with a majority claiming to be Christian. Senator Saunders needs to open up Vermont for more Black people, Mexicans (lots of farms in Vermont, and most have good work ethics, and Muslims. Vermont needs to be fair, and Saunders needs to put action in his personal beliefs.

The only problem I have with Bernie Saunders is that he needs to make Vermont more diverse. You can not be socialist politician and be from a state that is 95% white, with a majority claiming to be Christian. Senator Saunders needs to open up Vermont for more Black people, Mexicans (lots of farms in Vermont, and most have good work ethics, and Muslims. Vermont needs to be fair, and Saunders needs to put action in his personal beliefs.

I believe it's less about government policy and more about the nature of globalization, that offers diminishing returns for low skilled labor. And what's your solution? Now it's taxing the richest 1%, 9% and it's the worlds poorest country in terms debt and has the largest income disparity. Taxing the rich isn't going to solve everything but it is going to solve most of the nations problems.

People hate tax yes, but look at the countries that have the highest taxes like Scandinavia, they seem to be doing much better than America and other low tax countries. The standard of living here in Denmark is very high compared to America and our tax is from around 40% at the lowest, to 52% for the top tax.

Most middle class americans that are being affected by the tax are very close to the rich line. Taxes also bring in revenue, something that we don't have enough of apparently to not be able to pay off such a large debt. I believe we should cut still, but on things we spend so excessively on that a large cut wouldn't affect it. Like defense.

Warren Buffet just wrote an op-ed stating that he and others near his wealth have never not made an investment due to higher tax rates. I have yet to hear one good reason why it is vital for hedge fund managers and CEOs to make as much money as possible while the middle class suffers
