Lol u dont need a vibrating brush to make your skin look good, good skin is more to do with diet, excercise and what you wash your face with. Dont buy in to everything u hear. And because of the vibration on this device it will eventually cause sagging of the skin.

I have the Mia as well and was lucky..it didn't make me break out when I started it. In general my skin is MUCH more clear now than before I used it. It has also helped with hyper pigmentation.

Where's the empirical evidence that this does anything to clear up spots? Has it been peer reviewed?

Did you carry out a double blind clinical trial on the efficacy of this 'product'? Where is the data?

How do you know it cleans dirt "six times better"? Assuming this product is 100% effective, all other soaps etc would be leaving 83% of the dirt on your face; seems a pretty ridiculous claim to make, especially with zero evidence.

Had my Mia 9 months. My skin is acne/rosacea prone, very oily but dehydrated and just a general pain. The Mia has changed my skin, I break out once a month tops, I don't get rosacea on my face, my pores have shrunk, I'm less oily and my skin is less sensitive. I honestly don't know what I'd do without it. When I first used it I broke out badly for about 3 weeks but after that I had a very clear complexion. I use the Liz Earle cleanser to remove my makeup, then again with the Clarisonic 3 nights

I bought this about 3 weeks ago..& its amazing! my skin has never looked better. i don't really have bad acne...but i do get the occassional pimple when "that time of the month" comes around..& if im stressed...& i struggle with blackheads, rosacea, & pores..also some hyper pigmentation. my blackheads are all gone. my hyper pigmentation has really started to go away..my pores have gotten so small! & it doesn't irritate my skin either! totally recommend it! btw, tanya, your skin looks beautiful!
