To the people who say there game is crashing half way through. I that is because you have Version 2.

Type this in exactly into Google and download it:

'downgrade gta sa to v1'

Click on the first link and download it. It puts your game back to Version 1 so the Mod Installer can function properly.

Do you have the right version of SA? If you don't have version 1.0, none of the mods will work. Check out the description for downgrader.

Can I install GTA San Andreas version 1 on windows vista?

When you install GTA SA on windows vista, its recommended that you check the "read me" file tp see what Version your game are. then ypu will have to right-click the GTA SA icon and choose Properties, then you choose compability and set it to run it in compability modus for Windows 98/ Windows ME.

If your game is not version 1.0, PM me and i will give you link to the downgrader.
