it's crazy that europeans get so excited about grass carp and there are TONS of them in the states and americans could care less about em. they fight as good or better as any large mouth, i guess they're not as exciting to get to bite though..

@miamiwax They are as exciting to me as bass, in fact I've been carp fishing more than bass fishing lately. It's a completely different type of fishing and I don't get why people here in the US are so prejudiced against such a big, hard-fighting and wary fish.

the best way to catch them is to flatten a peice of bread fold it into thirds and then put atleast a size 4 hook through it i use a size 3
