I actually found a pregnancy care center that is in the student center at my college that is trying to claim that they can determine whether or not you need an abortion based on whether they think you will have a miscarriage or not. Apparently all it takes is an ultrasound and they convince girls on my campus to just let their pregnancies go until the third trimester thinking they will just miscarry instead. Third trimester abortions are illegal in my area. I am unbelievably disgusted...

It is interesting that none of the images shown in this video has any traces of the alleged intent to deceive: they show signs like 'Pregnant? Scared?" or "Pregnancy help" or even "Life support". 1) offer all services free of charge

2) typically do not receive any gov't funding

3) offer much-needed baby items for free

Many CPCs do have licensed medical personnel on staff or working as volunteers who are totally qualified to provide medical advice and care. To the best of my knowledge, services are always free. CPCs provide a beautiful service to people of every background. In addition, they genuinely help the poor.

My experience at a CPC was directly opposite of what this video says. I was told the truth from the beginning, that they did not refer for abortions and were not a medical clinic. Their talking with me was all about my CHOICES. Their information is all medically documented and more importantly, they cared about me. I was not followed and information was not put under my door! They took time to help me when I was in a crisis and I am so glad they were there!

For anyone trying to argue that fetuses have rights; they dont'. If they did, they'd have more rights than the woman carrying. Noone and nothing can use another person's body against their will, not even a fetus. Abortion has to remain safe, legal and accessible because birth control fails, rape & incest happens, and some people never want to be parents. Ever. Women have rights, fetuses don't.

@GimlieGirl16 There's an easy solution to those who never want to be parents. It's called self-control. The biological purpose of sex is to produce offspring. As you say, attempted birth control fails. Is that a valid reason for taking the life of the newly-conceived? No, the fetus doesn't have legal rights in this country, and that's a travesty, not only bad law but bad social policy. The fetus SHOULD have the same rights as any other human being. The primary right is the right to remain alive.

Abortion is too important a women's health issue for women *not* to be fully informed about it. The scan of the computer re: CPC's "lies" showed what abortion clinics keep from women. My personal experience and the personal experience of my peers with abortion clinics is that they do *not* give full information, and they claim they do.

CPC's purpose is to help you *with* your pregnancy, they've never claimed to do anything else. Having an abortion is not helping a woman with her pregnancy.

I am always amazed at how afraid the oro abortion side is of the truth. They would rather murder and let the woman find out much later what she did when she decides to have a child and notices how developed her baby in a 3D ultrasound then realizes the one she killed was the same. This is the most blatant lie abortion advocates have put out yet. CPC's have been around forever helping women when they have an unexpected pregnancy. YES, they are seeking to convince women not to have abortions because YES they are dangerous, & that abortion will end a life. I have never heard CPC's claim to be medical facilities. But they DO offer encouragement & help women understand & begin the process of preparing to bring that new life into the world and refer them to actual doctors.

This video is very deceptive. I was helped at a Pregnancy Resource Center 14 years ago and have volunteered there since then. Any PRC would welcome vistors to come see for themselves what it's really all about.
