  • @niki069a, you suck at life.

  • Lucky Guy, married to a Beautiful woman, and she can cook. great video.

  • Great video. I think I'm going out to buy the attachments this weekend!

  • can I get some of your ravioli pleaseeeeee lolo it look slamming girl add some extra sauce on mine that is if it not to much to ask lolo

  • How do u put up with this guy and his lame comments/jokes all day? In your next video maybe you can use a tripod? hehe..

  • Thanks for doing this video, it gives me an idea of what to expect from my new order.

  • YA! You got a Labatt Blue neon light in your kitchen. Are you Canadian? if so cheers and great video!

  • Wow, nice texture, and nice form. I could get into that.

Oh, by the way, the pasta looks pretty good too.

  • Great video! I also liked that you both were having fun, because that's what cooking and creating should be about. My friend has these attatchments, and now I know how to pretty much use it as I was doing it the old fashioned way with a crank pasta maker and cutting them out by hand -- so much easier. =) Thanks!

  • OMG... the movement of this video made me so nauseous. Tripod! lol

  • who cares what's she's making-she's HOT!

  • Great vid. I wanted to see how it work and that is exactly what you did. Great Job and a great thank you :}

  • I guess all I wanted was to see how easy/hard it was for people who were actually using it for the first time, not people who had been using it enough to work out whatever difficulties they'd had themselves. So recipes, measurements, etc weren't all that important seeing as there's all KINDS of that stuff available here and elsewhere.

  • Seems to me you are all making mountains out of molehills. The subject of the video is "Making Ravioli on our Kitchen Aid" and if you look down in the description it states "This is our FIRST ATTEMPT with making ravioli....." - I'm sure that had you (the "you" here being general, not anyone in particular) specified that you liked the video and you'd like one from start to finish showing the recipe as well that they would have been more than happy to make another video.

  • It seems there is always someone wanting to complain....I wonder if you'd get less complaints if you were charging for the instruction...hm

    Anyway thanks for the video...

I did come prepared with my own dough all ready so I'd be prepared while watching the video...but thanks for your recipe....

  • Only partially correct. When you make an instructional video you do just that, not only the mixture but also the setting on how many time you use the same setting before you go to the next one etc, etc, I'm sorry if you find my comments too harsh but the reality is that an instructional video is to give instructions and sorry yours didn't, including the last explanation you just gave in response to my original comment.

  • @niki069a My instructions were not incorrect, and It seems you are just upset about the brevity in the detail of the process. After forming the dough, run the pasta through the widest setting (1) a few times, then use progressively smaller increments to get to the desired thickness (around 5 or 6). You only need to run it through once at thickness settings greater than one. Once again, maintain low speed settings. Such instructions are explicit in the booklet that came with your attachments.

  • @niki069a So are you hearing impaired or just slow? She clearly mentions the amount of flour and the quantity of eggs. (The amount of eggs was repeated by the camera man) She also mentions how often you need to pass it through. There are several tips along the way. This is a good amature video. Try listening before you criticize someones handywork. Thanks to ecramcram for this vid.

  • The video was very clear but the purpose was to tell you how to make ravioli's not mumble your way through. Not one mentioned of the flour amount nor how many eggs to use and after changing mixer unless you know the items you are lost. when finally putting the dough through the press it became a guessing game on the settings. Very poor instructional video.

  • @niki069a Apologies for any lack in clarity. For a basic egg pasta, use three large beaten eggs and two cups of flour. If it is too moist, add flour as needed, and if too dry, add a teaspoon of water at a time as needed. Use the lower settings for rolling out the pasta. Sorry you found this to be a "very poor instructional video." Your feedback is appreciated, and let me know if you have any further questions.

  • @niki069a Also, please note, at about 39 seconds into the clip, I did specify the egg to flour ratio.

  • @niki069a

No one asked for your opinion, it made sense to me. it was also exactly what i was looking for.

  • Good video... hard to concentrate on the instructions at times, though :). Next time, remove the bowl after inserting the pasta attachment to avoid the background noise.

  • heh.. she didn't get that 11 joke did she?

  • @AlcoholLevel Hey now, I got the joke... a few seconds later! Spinal Tap is great.

  • @ecramcram oops, you're reading these comments? hehehehhe

  • @AlcoholLevel absolutely! the feedback is useful, and the comments can be rather amusing...

  • @ecramcram Have you ditched that chump yet ?

BTW, I dont know if you've noticed but I have a really charming personality...

  • @AlcoholLevel lol by "that chump," do you mean the man i am happily married to? charming indeed..

  • @ecramcram rofl
