To be honest, if your team was doing its job of supporting you, you wouldn't need to flag juggle to go faster. But of course when I usually get the flag my team is no where to be found, so there are times when flag juggling has helped, annoying as it is.

Also, you weren't able to use AA with an objective (flag, ball, bomb, etc). Otherwise, RoosterTeeth wouldn't have to edit their "Deja View" video for that.

It's not a problem in Reach. You won't run faster when you attempt it and you will only look like a fool when trying to give away your position.
