@EricCris10sen Yea pretty much, wasn't having too much fun anymore. All I did was arenas, and I was pretty much as good as I was going to get given the amount of time I could put in. I and another teammate were kinda holding back our 3rd who could put in more time - we both quit and he went semi-pro. Definitely never coming back, I have nowhere near enough time anymore.

That was actually CT_Buff, but the specific addon wasn't updated. There's an updated version at wowinterface (google ct buff, it's the first hit)

You can also get similar (arguably better) functionailty out of Satrina Buff Frames or Elk's Buff Bars.

Sound files must be deposited into the following directory:

%WOWDIRECTORY%\Interface\AddOn­s\MikScrollingBattleText\Sound­s\

From there, you just need to remember the name of the file and use it in a trigger that procs when you want it to. In your case, you'd be looking for an enemy dying trigger (there should be a default one of that type that you can just edit by putting in the soundfile name).

I personally did not. Spell Alerter comes pre-configured for a lot of spells and is pretty easy to configure if all you're interested in is cast starts. You CAN completely cover Spell Alerter's functionality with MSBT (adding a Cast Start - hostile trigger for each spell), if you so wish.

Of course, you can use both at the same time, and MSBT does go far beyond what Spell Alerter can do. If you just want to save time, use SA for basic incoming spells, and add MSBT triggers as you see fit.

CT_Buff, it's old, broken (you can't even configure it - my configuration is from years ago, so it sticks).

If you just look for a buff mod (Elk maybe) on Curse or WoWinterface, you should find many.
