I believe that with enough money you can just about anything. But I know a track built car when I see one there R alot of signs that most miss when looking at a 1/4 set track car and a fast DD at the track. BTW my arguement was the people who think that this is a DD (4seasons, hwy, traffic, rain,) The street class does not mean streetable or DD it's just a class in drag racing. & most of the ppl dnt get that

are you assuming that the car leaves in 1st gear? Even a slightly power civic can preak loose slicks in 1st for atleast a bit. I would not think launching in 1st would be a option. im sure they could spin all of 2nd, even in those slicks, and thus makes 1st gear pointless. that means it finished in 5th @160mph. you can't have that much power and still be able to use 1st gear , do you?

I agree with logic2reason. Listen how long its in its launch gear, i'd say it gets a good 70-80 mph in that gear so it would have to be second gear.

it would have to be 2nd gear. i owned a 330whp civic, with an lsd, blah blah blah, and 1st gear was pointless. anything over 400whp should easly spin till atleast 60mph, even with slicks.

plus i have talked to and am buddies with owners with over 600whp in fwd's. Either you change the whole tranny, or you ignore 1st... lol
