@63rudeboy He's named differently depending on where you live. He was vega, Vega was balrog, Balgrog was M. Bison (mike bison) - they switched things around to avoid lawsuits.
Those are some good matches, I wish capcom would make fighting games with more characters like guy...Its cool to see some good mix ups instead the cheese spam that most of the original SF2 fighters rely on...Guy could hold his own with the third strikers any day.

Anyone arguing that it's part of his move list should consider that Capcom should have simply made a better fighting game, instead of giving fighters one little gimmick to work with. Bison needs ALL his tools including that useless Headstomp they gave him. theres not a single professional Bison player out there that relies ONLY on scissors. and i can guarantee NO Bison would win if he relied only on scissors. besides Guy got few buffs in 2012. and maybe they dont want to buff him because of the people crying about him.
Naw the scissors aren't the issue, it's the fact that Guy has shit pokes. Doesn't help that Bison and others can keep you on lock with cr.mp, or that someone like Bison has that Standing Roundhouse that does EVERYTHING. It's more about Guy missing tools, and having moves that flat out whiff through so much shit. It makes his pressure game limited, and becoming predictable is that last thing you wanna be with Guy.
Guy is a "rush down or get your ass beat" character. hes not like Ryu where you can zone, rush, turtle etc... theres only a few ways to play Guy and hes doing it properly. the fact that Bison is out rushing him isnt Bisons problem, its the player. and LOL st.Roundhouse doing EVERYTHING!!!! ive played plenty of Guys and the only time st.Roundhouse helps me is when theyre jumping from a distance...other then that Guy can just slide right through or EX Hozanto to beat it clean.
i played a Guy where i couldnt scissor pressure him in the corner because Guys st.Forward beat EVERYTHING i did with Bison (except EX moves obviously). the only way i got through it was to FA>dash and throw. other then that i had to time the scissors perfectly to punish his whiffed st.Forward, but it was a timing issue because sometimes he would jump instead of st.Forward so he would get a free punish. in high level play, Bisons st.Roundhouse will do you little good.
There is this spot, deep down in the pit of my soul, that felt Bison's pain. However, there is this smile, several inches wide, that both respects and fears Guy.
