First you have to free them cause team galactic(german version) caught them.

after that they will appear

You must free them from the Galactic HQ thing and then go to the distortion world. (on the top of Mt Coronet, on Spear Pillar) and after you do that, you should be able to get them. (Mesprit runs, so you have to find it among Sinnoh.) It helps to have the Locator App on the poketch

Action replay is a good/only way to get multiple mastrerfballs. but its not good for the game. I've glitched many times while using Action replay.

To get Volt Tackle you could catch many Pikachu's to get the item Light Ball(Or use Thief)

When you have the item Light Ball let a female.

And breed with a male Pikachu or Ditto.

Then you get an egg when it hatch you have a Pichu with Volt Tackle

actually you CAN catch them without cheating just go to the galactic HQ and set the 3 free and then go to a lake and 1 of them will be there

Heh, I caught Uxie and Azelf both with dusk balls and I used up my master ball on Mesprit... (I'm not very talented at saving the masterball for the pokemon later on, and I know I'll have a hell of a hard time catching them -_- Lol) I caught Dialga with an Ultra ball...eventually XD

I can't believe how hard it is though! They make it virtually impossible! (Sigh) Very hard (Pouts)
