He is using Beijing accent to do this tongue twist. His Beijing accent is very good, like 90% accurate...it's not easy...people from other areas within China may not be able to do 10%.

This piece must be done in Beijing accent. It's mainly about a multiple-floor tower, describing the decorations of each floor and so on...... it goes more and more difficult when it comes to a higher level.
