apns, Not Cathe, but I have some answers. The full video doesn't change this fast. Those are ankle weights- beginners should use very light or no ankle weights as they can be tough on the joints. To bulk up, use higher weight, lower reps to exhaustion and have a protein shake after workouts. Eat clean: Google clean eating and you'll find lots of info. Good luck!
