Hmmm. I would like to see Justin's MA against projectile characters. The guys he's up against aren't exactly the best. But that is good seeing him use a low tier.

With Makoto in SSF4, I find it a lot harder to fight projectile characters. If I jump I go into a shoryuken or a flash kick, and if I dash (her dash is long as you can see in the video) I run into a projectile. In 3rd Strike you can parry, so that helps a lot.

on a match between Shoto (or Guile) VS Makoto the player using Makoto have to be 2 or 3 step ahead of the opponent to gain victory that is not balance that means the player needs to be on a higher level then the one using the Shoto or Guile

Who gives a fuck about the tier list, if someone invests time into their character of choice they can win. Any character in this game can win, and tier lists make certain characters underestimated, which makes people think the wrong way when they play someone who uses that character. Now enjoy the video.
