Another great one is Abdullah the Butcher's...one wrestler who never broke kayfabe who I wish did at least once was The Sheik; I can just imagine the stories he could have told
People can criticize Tiger for his less than steller ability, but he did really well for himself. Unlike a lot of stars from back in the day, Tiger still has his money.

@withintemptation73 Iron Sheik comes on Howard Stern every now and then and talks about his wrestling days. He seems like a nice guy.
