I showered K20D + DA18-55WR few times, but I noticed mysty foggy droplets inside lens. So I DO NOT recommend doing that for fun and I DO recommend to put camera with lens into dry-box after. Seriously.

Risky though, as 'water proof' (so as to be covered by warrenty) will relate to mostly incedental spashes & average rain. NOT deliberately soaking it in a shower!

If this cam was privately owned & the shower operator just fucked it.. I'd LMAO! & serves him right.

It's for people that actually GO OUT, you know that place outside your home...? It rains outside sometimes, believe me it does. And when it rains and you have a K-5 you don't have to stop taking pictures since camera can take it. You really should try to use that brain sometimes...
