Just looked for this on iTunes, not there. Didn't know the name of the song,thought it was the Sylvers but found out it was written for Foster. Also found out it was his birthday 3 days ago. And as big of a Jackson5 fan as I am, I thought this was a B-side song for years 'til the early maybe the early 90's. Still a nice song.

Yes it is funky enough. Misdemeanor is a mean ass jam, i actually think songs like this, "I Wish I Could Talk To You", "Fool's Paradise" & "That's What Love Is Made Of" are much better songs than the Sylvers bigger hits like "Boogie Fever" & "Hot Line", which are cool, but these jams are even better.
