Tis is a beautiful waltz, 1,2,3, I loose myself when dancing to this, so cool. just float away with the music, with my woman on my left hip feeling the same, just float away lifes troubles.
"In Another time" in my opinion is one of the best arrangements on the cd The vocals, the melody - the placement of the piano, the strings along with the sax and bass build this song in a way - that most artists would want to study. This along with some Willie Mitchell and Al Green productions. This is what music is supposed to sound like. meaningful lyrics too.
Srange where you end up on you tube, this is nice, though, thanks for posting, it brought back memories of my Dad. About 25 years ago ( Sheesh! that long?wow!)
We saw Sade on TOTP, and he raved about her. He was a musician
and he thought she was pretty (and beautiful) .He was with the RAF in The Bahamas for 18 months during the war, I think he had fondness for Black laydeez!
Although he always denied it! Shirley Bassey and Ertha Kitt were another two of his favourites. For my rumba playlist.
@lena7000 HI Lena- you're English was so fluent I presumed you were a Brit like me- "TOTP" was "Top of The Pops" , then the only pop music programme on British TV. Dad used to explode (as Dads do) at most of the acts- but not at Sade! The RAF was the Royal Air Force. I've just visited your home page-- I recognise theLlatin base of your language, and there's a Slavic sense to it-- are you Rumanian?
Wherever you come from, thanks again and God Bless.
Sorry I took so long to reply, only noticed this when I was playing my "rumba" playlist.
"TOTP" or " Top of the Pops" was a teen must- see TV prog that ran from the early 60's until a few years ago that played some of the chart-toppers every Thursday. The RAF is The Royal Air Force.
Yes, i suppsoe Dad did have good taste- I never inherited it, or his musical ability either- Shirley Bassey was overly dramatic, imo. My rumba, though, is great!
Thank you so much, Adam! It's not official...:D at all...I love Sade, and I gladly and conscientiously worked at it, though...Maybe that's why it came out that way...

I love this video. It shows how hurtful people can be and how to overcome such jealousy. Great job. Sade would love it.

Amazing video. Beautifully assembled and captures the song perfectly. The best off the album by a long way. One of her best ever.
