@Sachish123 Austin didn't need the win, he was main eventing Wrestlemania. Not only that, but the finish protected Austin going into WM. Triple H was still being solidified as a main player at this point. HHH was only in the title picture for a year in a half at this point don't forget. The finish of the match makes HHH look like he won out of pure luck. HHH looks good while saving Austin from getting beat "clean". Your argument sucks.

Great match, I remember jumping all over the place when HHH won, and beat Stone Cold, I was a fan of the heels lol. HHH was the man! If Cena was in that type of match he wudnt last 10 mins, PG has nothing on the Attitude Era, the matches done exactly what they said on the tin! The likes of Hell in the Cell these days are just glorified cage matches (and thats an overstatement), its awful! They need to go back!

@someperson111 it makes perfect sense, austin won the first fall in a wrestling match so the writers have him as the better wrestler and winner if there was only one fall like normal, the next 2 falls were just so they could kick the crap out of each other and they didnt want triple h to be look completely useless as austin dominated most of the match so they gave him the win but made him win in a lucky manner, amazing match, one of the best
