Maybe lemon juice, but not lemon peel. It gives the milk a wonderful aroma and flavour.

Los ingredientes son: 1 litro de leche entera, 1/4 de azúcar, 8 yemas de huevo, 60g de almidón en flor, una rama de canela, 2 pieles de limón.
